DeQuincy, LA — The parents of a small town in Louisiana have filed a class action lawsuit against the DeQuincy School District over criminal actions and comments made by one of their former teachers. According to the lawsuit, on the morning of August 13th, 37-year-old Ivan Schleinkofer told his first grade class that Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy do not exist. He then proceeded to do considerable criminal damage to the classroom and caused extensive mental anguish to the children.
Principal Rosalina Lozada spoke with CNN about what happened that fateful morning in question. “Besides Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy not existing, Schleinkofer also told the class that their parents lie to them because they don’t love them. Schleinkofer told the students that their whole life means nothing and they should go, excuse my language, but he told the children they should go f*ck themselves,” Lozada said. “Schleinkofer then jumped on his desk, urinated on the floor, lit a fire in the waste basket, flipped over his desk, ranted for about ten minutes about secret societies controlling the world and why not to trust the government. He then yelled something about Adolf Hitler as he ran out of the classroom.” Lozada continued, “Our school district working alongside with the DeQuincy Police Department have yet to locate Mr. Schleinkofer since this incident occurred.”
Erich Sean who is a parent of one of the first graders that was in Schleinkofer’s class told reporters he is disappointed in the school. “We trust these teachers to give our children a good education and and then horrible incidents like this occur,” Sean said. “This is exactly what happens when you take the good lord out of our school system. Students should be learning about actual events that happened like Jesus walking on water and how the gays will burn in hell; not all this evolution mumbo-jumbo,” Sean continued. “I guarantee this horrible tragedy would have never happened if Schleinkofer would have just let Jesus into his heart, but instead he became a servant of Satan. As a loving Christian man, I hope Schleinkofer burns in Hell for eternity.”
Angela Dickenson is a parent to one of the children that was in Schleinkofer’s class and is also heading up the lawsuit against the school district. She told reporters that her son will have emotional scars for life. “My little Billy can’t sleep at night,” Dickenson sobs. “He truly believes that he is not getting any presents for Christmas. He tells us he has these recurring nightmares about Schleinkofer’s private areas spraying urine all over until he eventually drowns. It just breaks my heart.” Dickenson continued, “Our little Billy also started using foul language, words straight out of an R-rated movie. Some of the words he says I myself am not even familiar with. He keeps telling both my husband and I that we should stop being p*ssies and rise up against the New World Order and that the government uses fear to suppress and control our society. I’m at the end of my rope here and I just don’t know what else to do.”
This is not the first incident with Schleinkofer who has been employed at the DeQuincy Elementary School for only six months. In June of this year he was given a warning for being highly intoxicated while at work after he was caught by staff members urinating in the coffee maker. His random drug test in July came back positive for ecstasy, cocaine, embalming fluid, PCP and an unknown horse tranquilizer. He was put on administrative leave without pay but unfortunately the school could not find a replacement and Schleinkofer was given his job back.
If anyone has information on Schleinkofer’s whereabouts please contact the DeQuincy Police Department at (785) 273-0325. As always you can remain anonymous.
