Evidence of Widespread Voter Fraud Found in Virginia Governor’s Race

McAuliffe<NationalReport>Richmond, VA–Merely hours after the close of a bitter and divisive Governor’s race in Virginia that saw Democrat Terry McAuliffe pull out a win over Republican Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, irregularities in voting data have emerged.  According to mainstream media outlets McAuliffe supposedly defeated Cuccinelli in a razor-thin 47-46 percent victory to become the next Governor of the great state of Virginia.

Immediately following the announcement, Cuccinelli’s office opened a full investigation into the legitimacy of the vote and quickly turned up surprising results.  In 13 districts, multiple instances of intimidation at the polls were reported.  Large black men wearing traditional Black Panther garb were reported lingering around polling places approaching older voters asking questions about who they intended on voting for.  In Loudoun and Fairfax counties (traditional Democratic strongholds), election officials withheld submitting voter data in order to get an idea of whether to count absentee ballots or not.  In an audit of the voter registration information, it quickly became apparent that MULTIPLE votes were cast by people who were either deceased or had long ago moved out of the district.

According to exit polling Cuccinelli won the race by big margins reaching a high percent of the key voting blocks of women, Latinos and Blacks.

Cuccinelli was a target of large amounts of out of state financing as the Democrats set out to make the race be a referendum against the Tea Party movement.  McAuliffe got a late boost from Bill and Hillary Clinton, as well as Joe Biden, who campaigned hard for the Democrat.

Even in defeat Cuccinelli reminded voters that the election was in fact a referendum against President Obama’s Affordable Care Act.  “Despite being outspent by an unprecedented $15 million,” he said, ”this race came down to the wire because of Obamacare. That message will go out across America tonight.”

Sources within Cuccinelli’s office have warned that “this is not over” and that Ken will be challenging the results of the election in court.

No such irregularities have been discovered in New Jersey where Republican candidate Chris Christie was re-elected in a landslide victory.

Northerner’s come to VA and complain about high cost of living, taxes, and crime up north. They move here for the low cost of living and higher quality of life and then they vote for the same idiot’s here. They are slowly destroying this once great place to live.

        • lucas says:

you are woefully misinformed. VA taxes are comparable if not more than where I lived up in MA. Cost of living is comparable. Don’t really pay attention to crime because I don’t live in crappy areas. Traffic here is worse and so are the drivers. You know nothing.

          • Dave says:

Taxes are way less than we paid in NY. Cost of living is much less. Traffic is better, but yes, the drivers do suck. Crime in own small VA town is higher than our small NY town, but in VA we have many more minorities than we had in NY. In NY, people worked for a paycheck, here in VA most collect a govt check and steal scrap metal.

    • Viking RN CNP says:

Perhaps because these stories are dramatic, voter fraud makes a popular scapegoat. In the aftermath of a close
election, losing candidates are often quick to blame voter fraud for the results. Legislators cite voter fraud as
justification for various new restrictions on the exercise of the franchise. And pundits trot out the same few
anecdotes time and again as proof that a wave of fraud is imminent.
Allegations of widespread voter fraud, however, often prove greatly exaggerated. It is easy to grab headlines
with a lurid claim (“Tens of thousands may be voting illegally!”); the follow-up — when any exists — is not
usually deemed newsworthy. Yet on closer examination, many of the claims of voter fraud amount to a great
deal of smoke without much fire. The allegations simply do not pan out.

Just because you personally cannot conceive of how it could be happening doesn’t mean it just a cry of wolf. There are many people like myself who have worked under a local Democrat and can tell you exactly how they operate. Moreover, it helps to have an eye for audit accounting and numerical processing.

You can not tell me there is nothing in government worth cheating to try to stay in for. I know better. Just look at John McCain, who would “die” if he wasn’t occupying a Senate seat. Powerful government seats are such due to the corporatism. Moreover, the more Dem areas there are, the more powerful becomes the DNC because of the way they do business (esp with Labor Unions). Corruption and Corporatism together makes big bucks. Don’t be so naive.

        • Shane says:

LOL. You think Republicans don’t rig the game to fit their own agenda? Take a look at all the gerrymandering they’ve done in the past 3 years. They’ve guaranteed themselves House and Senate seats for decades to come.

Voter fraud is an unproven scapegoat – nothing more. In fact, most cases of voter fraud have been perpetrated by Republicans. A simple news search confirms it.

    • Mamacita says:

I noticed the same thing. Never trust a big swing resulting in a game change in the results occurring a sufficient time after the first numbers come out demonstrating how big the Democrat is losing. What is happening is they are holding out their totals for certain counties until they find out how many they are going to need to make up the difference.

They bring them out after they hear the first sets of results. The first report tells them what they need to do with the existing ballots that they have hidden….. For instance, do they need to set aside Republican ballots and only turn in the Democrat ones or do they need to throw in another box of manufactured absentee /dead voter ballots that they had held back that are all marked for the Democrat candidates. Once they knew what to do and have been given sufficient time they will manage to come up with enough fraudulent votes to win the election. If it always starts out looking like the Republican is going to win and then doesnt — this is where the local /county incumbent Democrats come in to figure prominently for the DNC. The county clerks are the worst offenders. Believe me -they do it ALL THE TIME.

  4. TexasFred says:

The REAL question is; WHAT will be done about it?

    • Jeff Tucker says:

Holding off on counting absentee ballots to see if it was necessary to count them? WTH??? These ballots should have been the first to be counted since the RoV in these counties had long since received them. This is clearly a deeply flawed election process that is rife with fraud. There should be at least a recount (counting everyone’s ballots this time): failing that, another election.

Can you wrap your single brain cell around simple facts comrade?

To date, 46 states have prosecuted or convicted cases of voter fraud.

More than 24 million voter registrations are invalid, yet remain on the rolls nation-wide.

There are over 1.8 million dead voters still eligible on the rolls across the country.

More than 2.75 million Americans are registered to vote in more than one state.

True The Vote recently found 99 cases of potential felony interstate voter fraud.

Maryland affiliates of True The Vote uncovered cases of people registering and voting after their respective deaths.

This year, True The Vote uncovered more than 348,000 dead people on the rolls in 27 states.
      California: 49,000
      Florida: 30,000
      Texas: 28,500
      Michigan: 25,000
      Illinois: 24,000

12 Indiana counties have more registered voters than residents.

The Ohio Secretary of State admitted that multiple Ohio counties have more registered voters than residents.

Federal records showed 160 counties in 19 states have over 100 percent voter registration.

The Florida New Majority Education Fund, Democratic Party of Florida and the National Council of La Raza are currently under investigation for alleged voter registration fraud.

      • Rob says:

There are a lot of facts you fail to mention here, for one there has been only 867 confirmed cases and mostly by Republicans.

In 2012 The Republican US House Staffers were Indicted for Felony Election Fraud.

Actually you should read this- http://www.addictinginfo.org/2013/06/21/shocker-republicans-account-for-most-cases-of-u-s-voter-fraud/

You forgot to mention the fact that Republicans have been purging millions of legally registered Dem voters from the system since Bush days where most of your so-called convictions came from. You also forget to mention even though there may be all those names still on roll none have really shown to vote. This only shows the system hasn’t been purged and there is no proof that it is for voter fraud. There have been cases where a person with the same name as a dead voter was accused of voter fraud but was cleared but all those stories never seem to get updated and just keep going round & round on the bullshit merry-go-round.. People sent letters telling them they were dead, not legally registered when in fact they are, telling them they are outside their district when they are not and many more instances like this sent to millions of Dems only. If you want to present your facts how about telling the full truth as it really is.

Last Friday, the Republican National Lawyers Association (RNLA) unveiled what they suggest are game-changing numbers on voter fraud, claiming in a press release: “NAACP Has It Wrong: Map Presents Evidence of Nationwide Vote Fraud Convictions & Prosecutions.” A subtitle boasts, “46 States Have Charged Individuals With Vote Fraud In The Past Decade.” The press release directs people to a website with the RNLA’s “evidence.”

But the grand total of alleged voter fraud cases listed on RNLA’s website is — drumroll please — 311.

For perspective, the total number of votes cast in the 2004 presidential election alone was 122,295,345. In 2008, that number was 131,313,820.

What’s more, the RNLA is dishonestly representing their data when they describe it as “in the past decade”: A quick gander at the website’s evidence shows citations going as far back as 1997. Although they claim to have evidence of 46 states with voter fraud prosecutions in the last decade, their website only lists 44 states. For two of those 44, there are only examples from the 1990s up to 2000, bringing the state count down to 42. To be clear, that’s eight states where they identified no instances of voter fraud in the last decade.

Further, the RNLA brags: “The RNLA webpage presents evidence that there were at least seventeen cases involving prosecutions for non-citizen voting in 2005 just in one state: Florida.” However, according to the Department of Justice, at least four of the seventeen cases they list were dismissed.

Misleading claims like these are nothing new for Republicans, who have spent a great deal of time and energy talking up the specter of voter fraud. But investigations into the matter have invariably concluded that true voter fraud is “extraordinarily rare” — much like the data dug up by the RNLA suggests.

Yet Republicans routinely introduce legislation purportedly designed to combat voter fraud, even though those measures usually have a greater impact on preventing legally eligible voters from making it to the polls than they do in keeping illegal voters away.

Some times its better to sit quietly and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and prove it. Just a thought for you to ponder.

  17. There you go, I knew he had won the election, this dead people and double voting is what has us under Obama now, he didn’t win either esp in Florida. Most importantly is Ken seems to have strength, even not being helped by the RNC, he persevered, make a recount and investigate the voter intimidation, it was there in the Obama election too. Black panthers at the voting station, I’m positive he hasn’t found all of it by no means. Ken needs to be there, I donated and I’m far from this state but Ken is Good for the people of his state and the Country, just not politics as usual. A man with guts. Go ken and God speed.

  18. Debbie Deal McGee says:

The same thing happened with the past presidential election. Why don’t they have state police at every polling station making sure this kind of thing doesn’t happen. Isn’t it odd that the libs always try to “fix” elections w/ dead voters as registered, Black Panther thugs hanging around intimidating people (mostly elderly)…….wow, really!!? You won the election? That really involves talent. Every registered citizen should have a voter ID card similar to a drivers liscense. How is this discriminatory? HOW???? It proves you are who you are. I think that is pretty legal. This country is so dishonest now. It is heartbreaking. Shame on all you gov’t. thugs. Because that is all you are. A bunch or rich, oppressive, immoral, thugs who have let money and power go to your heads. SHAME ON YOU! You can run game on everybody but one person. You’ll not be running game on GOD. I am so saddened by the state of affairs in our country. Barack Obama, you too should hang your head in shame for scamming the American ppl the way that you have since the day you took office.

While most localities were reporting the votes as they came in precinct by precinct, others held back and showed 0% votes from 0% precincts. With the AG in the lead all night, and then all of these blank counties and cites all submitted at once and he went from 5 points ahead to 5 points behind. If Ken truly believes there is something illegal going on, as AG he is in the ONE position to investigate AND prosecute this!

  22. Carte says:

Easy fix since EVERY state REQUIRES people over the age of 18 carry at the minimum a state ID card as proof of identification, 1 ID=1 Vote and remove the argument before it starts.. NUff said

    • Dave says:

Can’t make them carry ID – That’s racist. This is why people can steal identities of dead people, or people who have moved out of state, or etc, and vote with a new name. They draw SNAP benefits, defraud utility companies, steal checks, etc all using different names. If you ask them for ID, then you must be racist.

  23. Investig8r says:

To narrow done counties to look for electoral fraud – focus on the ones that were hold-outs near the end of the tallying…say, within the last 2-3 hours.
Those are the key deciding votes that came in 1) at the last minute & 2) in the dark after most regular business activity had closed.

They (the DNC) uses that time bc its late enough to see where they stand and they still have enough time to add in absentee ballots marked up for Dems AND lose the ones marked for Reps
