St. George, UT — One city in Utah has decided it has had enough porn in their town and is taking the drastic measure of banning all pornography along with making it a criminal offense. In a unanimous decision by the city council of St. George, Utah, a law was passed making the possession of any pornographic related material in the city limits a crime punishable by 30 days in jail.

Mayor Arthur McDaniel told CNN he is excited about the new law. “It’s time a city steps up and sets a precedent that this disgusting filth that has plagued this great country of ours for generations will no longer be tolerated,” McDaniel said. “Pornography is a defiant act against Jesus and his teachings. The rest of the country can keep their heads in the sand about this smut and corruption to our children, but not the great city of St. George. I can only hope and pray other cities and states follow suit.”

The ban on pornography in St George takes effect November 1st of this year. Sheriff Paul Covington explained to reporters about the criminal implementation of the upcoming ban. “Our police force will be targeting anyone selling, distributing or using pornographic material including but not limited to magazines, toys, movies and of course the internet; basically anything that is porn related. Anyone in violation of this new law will be subject to a jail sentence of no less than 30 days,” Covington said. “We will also be removing certain produce from our grocery stores; we know all the tricks of a sexual deviant.”

48-year-old St. George resident Myron Danus told reporters he does not approve of the ban. “I don’t care if this is a Mormon backwards state or not, this is a free country and I can watch porn if I damn well please,” Danus said. “If I want to watch naked girls, that’s my business. I’ll be the first one down there in front of the courthouse with a Playboy magazine in one hand and tub of Vaseline in the other.”

According to recent porn data usage released by pornhub.com; the average visit duration time of a resident in Utah is a little over ten minutes. The top three porn searches for Utah is ‘compilation’, ‘teen’ and ‘hentai’.

The town of St. George has a population of 75,561 as of the 2012 census and is located in the southwestern part of Utah on the Arizona border. So far state officials in Utah have yet to make a formal statement concerning the ban on pornography.

Sounds like a bunch of ugly fat Mormon wives are getting jealous there in Utah.

Wasnt that the state where that frump Joseph Smith chose to hide and screw around with underage girls? But thats ok.

    What a bunch of hypocrites.

I have a short video of Gordon B Hinkley pounding his baloney to Maroni in drag.

Should I sell this on eBay?

  4. Jess says:

I wonder if there is a double strap-on dong located somewhere in the Sister Wives house – or if the fat Sister Wife double-clicks her mouse thinking about the husband doing the other Sister Wives – cause you KNOW he ain’t doing that whale. LOL LOL That cow was so fat, her shadow must have weighed 20 pounds.

Why not, Mormon #1 Joe Smith got tired of listening to his wife complain about the spittons in the house and the stake drinking all their coffee so, wala, it was …. FORBIDDEN by God!!! LOL

I would have gone out and started banging the underage girls TOO if I had this fat old hen nagging about my scamming and messes after those hokey bible classes. I guess it IS right, you CAN judge the tree by the fruit it gives.

This supposed “banning” is due to washing powders being unable to remove cum stains from that magical mormon underwear !

TRUTH SPOKEN LIKE A BEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111 fsdhgljksdhfklg

The great irony is that Mormons (the originals) practice polygamy. Why even Joseph Smith had a 12 year-old bride amongst his over 3 dozen wives.

NEWSFLASH: I’d like to set the record straight…

Jesus’ plan of salvation included free agency to CHOOSE right from wrong. Satan’s plan was to remove free agency. Isn’t that what is happening here???? ALSO, I thought there was supposed to be a clear separation between church and state!!!

    • Motleyman says:

yes indeed the state should burn all those at the stake for using religion in law making! oh wait that is a religious way of dealing with issues they don’t like! the problem I see is people keep electing idiots for having a religion or being a religious person. so getting a proper separation is never going to happen!

  8. Motleyman says:

Okay, this comes down to our civil liberties. and due to how our country is turning out idiots that run things are freaking out because they don’t know what to do about it. so states like Utah and others try and lean on religion to make their points. The only problem is things like the bible are made up stories that the churches have used to gain power and control over people/governments. Are there good lessons in them to teach people? Yes of course there is. do we need “god” to teach us those lessons? NO WE DON’T! it is up to to us to teach our children right from wrong, not some god we made up 2000+ years ago to explain why things go bump in the night. Taking our rights away isn’t the answer. throwing some one in jail for 30 because his buddy in another state/city sent them a picture message of a naked person is so wrong I can’t even begin to explain it. We all know under the new law that’s all it will take ! so here is an idea. lets send those types of pics to the idiots that made this law or voted for it and toss their asses in jail for being dirty pervs and having that kind of “sick smut” on their phones and in their email boxes and see if they think they went to far! like I said it is just an idea. my wife and I like porn in our relationship! she has her mags I have my pics, and we watch it together. so how is that unhealthy? I am DAMN glad I don’t live down there any longer!!!!!!!

Removing certain produce from the grocery store?! Hahahahahahaha!!!!! Yeah that’s going to help reduce porn, where the f$&% do these stupid Mormons get their ideas?! Sooooo sad that they actually try to force that crap on people.

  10. Tyler says:

It’s funny because one of the most famous pornstars lives in St. George, Utah. Asia Carrera lives there. She used to be really hot, but now she’s kind of overweight. But it looked like she used to give one of the best bjs ever. LOL

  11. Kyle Johnson says:

but.. but… Jesus is not real.. they are now basing laws off of fictional characters (or for those easily offended, characters who can not be PROVEN by the facts that this country was supposedly grounded in). Im gonna start Elmo’s Law, for all those who want to try to smuggle puppets into Utah! -_-

I for one dont eat anything over 2 inches long…get rid of those English cucumbers and parsnips before I am tempted to deep throat an entire produce section!

  16. TJ says:

Wow. You people who whine about this are nuts. Do you seriously want children of all ages exposed to this stuff? Would you want your children exposed to it without your permission or approval?

I don’t have a problem with people consuming porn privately in their homes, it’s a free country, but people have a right to choose whether or not their children are FORCED to consume it on a daily basis at the grocery store and book stores, on billboards, in television & movies. And certainly they have a right to restrict it’s access on their home computers.

It’s about time somebody stood up for morality and decency and took a stand. Why not, it’s a free country. They are free to run for government, free to be elected into government, and free to then represent the people who elected them. If that many people in a city want to establish protective laws in their city, they have the right, just as much as people in other cities have a right to make laws allowing indecency on every level.

The vote was UNANIMOUS! If you don’t like it, move an hour south to Vegas and enjoy your smut! And people who blame things like this on Utah Mormons can get over themselves. Not everybody in Utah is Mormon, and there are plenty of non-Mormons who approve and agree with setting reasonable limits to dissemination of pornographic materials.

Morality is morality, whether you’re religious or not. Exposing children to explicitly sexual content is not healthy or moral and can have disastrous life-long effects.

I applaud those who are making an effort, even if they’ve swung the pendulum perhaps too far the other direction. Better too far than not far enough. I doubt this law will stand for very long, but it’s nice to see somebody trying to make a difference.

I can’t help but wonder when the Supreme Court will get a case that decides for the entire nation what reasonable limits should be. When that day comes, I hope we have some level-headed judges who come up with a solution that makes sense for everybody.

Would love to comment on this in the other direction but my posts are not being allowed on the board. Apparently this is a one sided forum where freedom of speech is not allowed. There is no truth to this article. Anyone with half a brain would research the sources and look it up. I live in St george this is a load of crap. St George happens to be a great place to live and visit. check it out folks.
